Frequently asked questions
All plans require a one-time license transfer fee of ¥13,400. This is a fee required by the Vyond animation service to transfer ownership of the video, so that you own the rights to your video.
This license transfers the rights for you to permanently use your video for commercial purposes, but does not permit reproduction or the creation of derivative works depicting content made using VYond.

If revisions are made within 90 days, no additional transfer fee is necessary.
Please note that post-production revisions will incur additional charges.
Videos made using the Vyond Platform can be uploaded to video hosts, social media, your website and other related commercial uses.
You may not use the videos or their contents for broadcasts like television commercials, radio, or other restricted media.
Videos usually take within one to two weeks to complete, but can take longer depending on the content. Videos can be expedited in some cases.
Companies will be billed after content completion, while individuals are required to pay in advance.
You may cancel your order in the early process and not be charged.
You may change or cancel your order at any time, please be aware that because videos take a lot of effort to make, you may be billed according to the completeness of the video.
You may change your order at any time. Options added later may result in a revision fee if it requires substantial editing or time.
Subsequent revisions after the free revisions will incur a revision fee.
Revision fees start at 5,000 yen for minor revisions.
